Nature and Function:

To manage the project and make decisions in relation to the
project.
|
Membership:
|
The PP and Deacon as ex-officio members and the 8-10 members
of the parish who volunteered; the architect (CC) + four professional
advisors.
|
Adjustment of Membership:
|
To be discussed and agreed by the committee as necessary.
|
Life of Committee:
|
Until the issue of the architects final certificate.
|

Record Keeping:
|
Danny McQuillan to maintain the master file of all
documents, papers, minutes etc. This will be kept in the presbytery.

Meetings:
|
The quorum shall be half the membership plus 1 with a quorum
of 3/4 of the membership needed for important decisions. Frequency
shall be as and when needed and timing shall be no more than 90
minutes. The location may be variable.

To uphold the parish mission statement which states,

to make disciples."

The members aim to proceed with the consensus.

Communications:

Brief and accurate minutes to sent ASAP to members with a
resume to be published for parishioners.

Each meeting to start and end with a prayer.

The Constitution to be approved by the PPC.
